RETINOL AHA CREAM is a deep action treatment that restores and reconstructs the skin. It regulates cellular proliferation function, new collagen formation and gradual elimination of aged collagen. It is mostly based on Retinol (Vitamin A) and on two most drastic Fruit Acids (Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid). The custard’s concentrated ingredients have effective action, boost the skin elasticity and act against ageing procedure. The skin appears smoother and brighter.

RETINOL AHA acts on two layers:

§  Activate the normal restoration mechanism to the deeper layers of the skin, thus the skin can itself accelerate the cell renewal rate.

§  On surface; the custard protects skin from ageing caused by premature cell destruction.

For evening use, apply it on a clean skin on face and neck, light massage till it is absorbed.

For morning use, it can be applied under the day cream or under an SPF 30 sun screen product.

Let the custard 2-4 minutes for best absorption. You may feel a light sense of stinging after each application, it is absolutely normal and it shows that the product is active. It needs six to eight weeks of regular use from you to see a remarkable difference

RETINOL (VITAMIN A): is enclosed in special plant derived molecules of cyclodextrines. Vitamin A is water soluble and it is necessary for cell metabolism and for skin health maintenance. One of few substances with small molecular structure that is capable of penetrating through the outer layer of cuticle into the deeper layers results in:

§  Stimulates proliferation of cells of the basic layer which is responsible for skin rejuvenation.

§  Promotes the dead cells replacement with young and healthy ones.

§  Stabilizes the skin's water content.

§  Stimulates and boosts production of basic skin proteins (hyaluronic acid, collagen, elastin and fibronectine) that reduce fine lines, wrinkles and roughness.

AHA - FRUIT ACIDS: are natural derived ingredients that contained on fruits, sugar and milk and their trade name is FRUIT ACIDS. AHA acts on two layers.

On cuticle: they reduce the keratinocytes adhesion and increase its lower layers thickness, resulting in cuticle elasticity growth and skin to become brighter and moisturized.

On dermis: the fibroblasts increase the glycosaminoglycan synthesis which stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis.

Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid, which are contained on RETINOL - AHA, are considered the most effective AHA because their low molecular weight ailows better penetration and absorption from the skin. This helps the skin to improve its thickness and to produce collagen and elastin, as well as cells rejuvenation.

CYCLODEXTRINES: part of Glycolic Acid and Retinol are enclosed in special plant derived molecules of cyclodextrines. Their tiny size, about 1.5 – 2 nm, makes them extremely penetrative, in large amount, delivering their active substances direct to the skin lower layers. As a result the inclusion complexes, which are formed, to reduce their undesired actions and increase their bioavailability on the skin and in addition:

§  Remove the keratinocytes of the stratum corneum and render skin smooth and elastic.

§  Increase the effectiveness of the epidermis enzymes, stimulate its cells renewal and as a result its thickness and elasticity increase.

§  Boost collagen, glycosaminoglycans and hyaluronic acid synthesis and as a result, skin becomes more elastic and wrinkles are reduced.

For the city of Lamia, shipment of goods is the same day when the products are all available at the pharmacy. In the absence of a product, the delivery time can be 1-2 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you and inform you of the exact time. Shipment of products is free on weekdays between 8:00 to 21:00. Before delivering the products, we arrange by telephone, an appointment for delivery, which serves both the handling of the pharmacy department and the client.

Rest of Greece

For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is by courier the next day. In some remote areas, the delivery time can be up to 2 days. If any product is not available at the pharmacy, waiting time can reach 3 to 4 days. In case of delay of more than 4 days, the pharmacy comes in contact with you. For orders of more than 39 euros, shipping is free.

Reminded that if the payment method is by "Cash", a surcharge 0,70€ is applied. (For orders over 39 euros, then delivery cost is free).

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipping to Cyprus is within 2 to 3 working days by FPC ELTA courier and shipping costs are 15€ for orders up to 2kg. If ordering more than 2 kg, the extra cost per kilogram is 2,7€. Also, the cost of payment if you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amounts to 3 euros.

Shipping Abroad

Orders are shipped abroad using DHL and the average delivery time is 2 business days (as business day is considered until 13.00 GMT+2 for shipping abroad)

If a parcel is sent back to Pharmacy2go by DHL, or your parcel is damaged a further investigation is needed. After the appropriate investigation, into the cause of the return, by the shipping company (DHL), and if found that the parcel were returned / harmed by our fault or DHL's we can full refund the amount of the order either to your Credit Card t or we can send you a coupon for an upcoming order.

In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
