Συστατικά:

ΙΑΤΡΟΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΚΟ ΠΡΟΪΟΝ

• Θαλασσινό νερό και καθαρό νερό.
• Χωρίς συντηρητικά.
• Το άζωτο προστίθεται ως αδρανές προωθητικό αέριο στην υπό πίεση συσκευασία.

Πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε το OTRIMER

• Προσοχή: Πριν τη χρήση διαβάστε προσεκτικά τις παρακάτω οδηγίες χρήσης.
• Μη χρησιμοποιήσετε το προϊόν σε περίπτωση αλλεργίας σε κάποιο από τα συστατικά (βλ. λίστα συστατικών).

• Χάρη στις απολυμαντικές του ιδιότητες, το OTRIMER συνιστάται να χρησιμοποιείται πρώτο όταν χρησιμοποιείτε και κάποιο άλλο τοπικό ρινικό προϊόν (π.χ. για κρυολόγημα ή αλλεργική ρινίτιδα).

Πώς χρησιμοποιείται το OTRIMER

• Η συνήθης συχνότητα χρήσης είναι 1 έως 2 ψεκασμοί την ημέρα σε κάθε ρουθούνι.
• Εάν είναι απαραίτητο, το προϊόν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί όσο συχνά απαιτείται.
• Το OTRIMER (δυνατός ψεκασμός) είναι κατάλληλο για ενήλικες μόνο και εφαρμόζεται ειδικά για έκπλυση της μύτης σε περίπτωση έντονης ρινικής συμφόρησης.
• Στα ηλικιωμένα άτομα ή σε άτομα που αδυνατούν να κάνουν χρήση του προϊόντος μόνα τους, η χρήση του προϊόντος μπορεί να απαιτεί βοήθεια από έναν ενήλικα.
• Εάν το προϊόν χρησιμοποιηθεί σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες χρήσης, το ρινικό σπρέι Otrimer είναι καλά ανεκτό.
• Για λόγους υγιεινής και για να αποφευχθεί μόλυνση, το ρινικό σπρέι θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται από ένα μόνο άτομο.

Οδηγίες Χρήσης

• Φυσήξτε τη μύτη, εάν είναι απαραίτητο.
• Πριν και μετά τη χρήση του OTRIMER, πλύνετε πολύ καλά τα χέρια σας.
• Αφαιρέστε το προστατευτικό καπάκι του σπρέι.
• Εάν το σπρέι δεν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα, ενεργοποιήστε το ψεκάζοντας μία φορά στον αέρα πριν τη χρήση. Σε περίπτωση που το ακροφύσιο είναι βουλωμένο, καθαρίστε το βάζοντάς το κάτω από ζεστό τρεχούμενο νερό και σκουπίστε το με ένα καθαρό πανί.
• Για παιδιά που δεν μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν το προϊόν μόνα τους: Βάλτε το παιδί να ξαπλώσει ανάσκελα με το κεφάλι του γυρισμένο στη μία μεριά, ώστε το υγρό να διοχετεύεται ευκολότερα.
• Για παιδιά και ενήλικες που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν το προϊόν μόνοι τους: Γέρνετε το κεφάλι προς τα εμπρός, με κλίση προς τη μία πλευρά, ώστε να είναι σε όσο πιο οριζόντια θέση είναι δυνατόν.
• Εισάγετε το ακροφύσιο στο άνω ρουθούνι και ψεκάζετε για λίγο (2 – 3 δευτερόλεπτα).
• Στη συνέχεια, γέρνετε το κεφάλι από την άλλη πλευρά και επαναλαμβάνετε στο άλλο ρουθούνι.
• Αφήστε το προϊόν να δράσει για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα. Μη φυσήξετε τη μύτη σας για αυτά τα δευτερόλεπτα αλλά σκουπίστε τη, εάν είναι αναγκαίο.
• Στη συνέχεια, φυσήξτε τη μύτη εάν είναι απαραίτητο.
• Μετά από κάθε χρήση, καθαρίστε το ακροφύσιο βάζοντάς το κάτω από ζεστό τρεχούμενο νερό, σκουπίστε το με ένα καθαρό πανί και τοποθετήστε ξανά το προστατευτικό καπάκι.
• Καθαρίστε το ακροφύσιο με ζεστό νερό.

Lamia

For the city of Lamia, shipment of goods is the same day when the products are all available at the pharmacy. In the absence of a product, the delivery time can be 1-2 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you and inform you of the exact time. Shipment of products is free on weekdays between 8:00 to 21:00. Before delivering the products, we arrange by telephone, an appointment for delivery, which serves both the handling of the pharmacy department and the client.

Rest of Greece

For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is by courier the next day. In some remote areas, the delivery time can be up to 2 days. If any product is not available at the pharmacy, waiting time can reach 3 to 4 days. In case of delay of more than 4 days, the pharmacy comes in contact with you. For orders of more than 39 euros, shipping is free.

Reminded that if the payment method is by "Cash", a surcharge 0,70€ is applied. (For orders over 39 euros, then delivery cost is free).

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipping to Cyprus is within 2 to 3 working days by FPC ELTA courier and shipping costs are 15€ for orders up to 2kg. If ordering more than 2 kg, the extra cost per kilogram is 2,7€. Also, the cost of payment if you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amounts to 3 euros.

Shipping Abroad

Orders are shipped abroad using DHL and the average delivery time is 2 business days (as business day is considered until 13.00 GMT+2 for shipping abroad)

The details (Full name/Address/Telephone etc) of your order are transfered on the voucher of DHL exactly as you have registered them in our website and we shall not be liable in case of a mistake when filling out your information. For this reason, please check your information before completing the registration of your order.

The initial shipping cost is 14€ depending on the zone that your country belongs to (please check the country zones on the following table) and the weight.

• For parcels up to 1kg the cost for shipping is the initial one (17€) for the Eurozone Countries (1 & 2)
• For parcels from 1kg to 3kg the extra cost is 3€ (total cost 20€) for the Eurozone Countries (1 & 2)
• For parcels from 3kg to 5kg the extra cost is 8€ (total cost 25€) for the Eurozone Countries (1 & 2)
• For parcels from 5kg to 7kg the extra cost is 15€ (total cost 32€) for the Eurozone Countries (1 & 2)

The orders are sent abroad after completion of the payment, of the total cost or any extra charges, through Credit Card. All prices include VAT and fuel surcharge. Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the customs of the country of dispatch.

For parcels destined as a "inaccessible area" by DHL there may be additional charges (from those above) to shipping costs. In this case, contact us before sending the order, to inform you about the exact amount of shipping costs.

If a parcel is sent back to Pharmacy2go by DHL, or your parcel is damaged a further investigation is needed. After the appropriate investigation, into the cause of the return, by the shipping company (DHL), and if found that the parcel were returned / harmed by our fault or DHL's we can full refund the amount of the order either to your Credit Card t or we can send you a coupon for an upcoming order.

More Information

In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. For the exact cost of your order, the Pharmacy2go will contact you prior to shipping. If you want to get your order by courier, the delivery charge is changing and Pharmacy2go will contact you for the exact charge.

For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
