Οι αμπούλες Otrisalin συνιστώνται για:

• Τον απαλό καθαρισμό των ρινικών κοιλοτήτων όταν φράσσεται η μύτη, για παράδειγμα κατά τη διάρκεια ενός κρυολογήματος ή σε αλλεργικές καταστάσεις, εκπλένοντας την περίσσεια βλέννη ή τα αλλεργιογόνα σωματίδια, όπως είναι η σκόνη ή η γύρη
• Την ενυδάτωση του ρινικού βλεννογόνου όταν είναι ξηρό ή ερεθισμένο, σε περιπτώσεις ήσσονων ρινικών ερεθισμών ή λόγω χαμηλής υγρασίας (για παράδειγμα σε θερμαινόμενα/κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια, μεγάλο υψόμετρο, αεροπορικά ταξίδια)
• Την αραίωση και εφύγρανση των ρινικών εκκρίσεων ώστε να υποβοηθηθεί η απομάκρυνσή τους.
• Οι αμπούλες Otrisalin είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλες για τον καθημερινό καθαρισμό της μύτης των βρεφών, τα οποία δεν είναι ακόμα σε θέση να φυσήξουν τη μύτη τους:
• Ο καθημερινός καθαρισμός αραιώνει τη ρινική βλέννη και βοηθά στην απομάκρυνση της περίσσειας των ρινικών εκκρίσεων, οι οποίες δύνανται να αλλάξουν την ποιότητα ζωής των βρεφών (κακός ύπνος, δυσκολία στη σίτιση).
• Βοηθά τα βρέφη να αναπνέουν και να αισθάνονται και πάλι καλύτερα.
• Στην περίπτωση περίσσειας βλέννης, συνιστάται η χρήση ρινικού αποφρακτήρα Otrisalin αμέσως μετά από την ενστάλαξη του διαλύματος.
• Η ταυτόχρονη χρήση του ρινικού αποφρακτήρα Otrisalin με το διάλυμα φυσιολογικού ορού διευκολύνει την αφαίρεση της βλέννης από τη μύτη και έτσι βοηθά στη μείωση του κινδύνου εμφάνισης περαιτέρω επιπλοκών, όπως ωτίτιδα, ιγμορίτιδα ή/και βήχα.
• Επίσης, βελτιώνει την ποιότητα του ύπνου των βρεφών κατά τη διάρκεια επεισοδίου κρυολογήματος.

Η συνήθης συχνότητα χρήσης είναι 2 έως 4 φορές την ημέρα ανά ρουθούνι.

• Πριν ανοίξετε το φιαλίδιο, πλύνετε προσεκτικά τα χέρια σας.
• Φυσήξτε τη μύτη, εάν είναι απαραίτητο.
• Διαχωρίστε ένα φιαλίδιο και αφαιρέστε το καπάκι.
• Γείρετε το κεφάλι προς τα πίσω και τοποθετήστε το άκρο του φιαλιδίου ακριβώς μέσα στο ρουθούνι.
• Πιέστε προσεκτικά το φιαλίδιο προκειμένου να δημιουργηθούν μερικές σταγόνες, και πιο δυνατά εάν απαιτείται ενδελεχέστερος καθαρισμός.
• Επαναλάβετε στο άλλο ρουθούνι.
• Περιμένετε μερικά δευτερόλεπτα και στη συνέχεια φυσήξτε τη μύτη, εάν είναι απαραίτητο.
• Εάν θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το υπόλοιπο διάλυμα αργότερα, κλείστε το φιαλίδιο πιέζοντας το καπάκι πάνω στον αυχένα του φιαλιδίου.
• Ωστόσο, το περιεχόμενο του φιαλιδίου θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιηθεί εντός 12 ωρών μετά το αρχικό άνοιγμα.
• Για λόγους υγιεινής και προς αποφυγή μόλυνσης, το φιαλίδιο θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται μόνο από ένα άτομο.

Οι αμπούλες Otrisalin είναι ένα στείρο και χωρίς συντηρητικά ισοτονικό φυσιολογικό διάλυμα με 0,74% χλωριούχο νάτριο. Η συγκέντρωση άλατος έχει βελτιστοποιηθεί προκειμένου να αποφευχθεί τυχόν ρινικός ερεθισμός. Το διάλυμα περιέχει καστορέλαιο, το οποίο είναι γνωστό ότι διαθέτει ενυδατικές και μαλακτικές ιδιότητες. 

Προειδοποιήσεις:

• Κατάλληλο για βρέφη, παιδιά και ενήλικες.
• Ζητήστε τη συμβουλή ιατρού πριν το χρησιμοποιήσετε σε βρέφος μικρότερο των 2 εβδομάδων.
• Να φυλάσσεται σε μέρη που δεν το φθάνουν και δεν το βλέπουν τα παιδιά.
• Μη χρησιμοποιείτε το προϊόν μετά την ημερομηνία λήξης που αναγράφεται στη συσκευασία, και για ανοιγμένα φιαλίδια όχι αργότερα από 12 ώρες μετά το αρχικό άνοιγμα του φιαλιδίου.
• Να φυλάσσεται σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου.
• Να προστατεύεται από τη θερμότητα.
• Να φυλάσσονται τα φιαλίδια στην αρχική συσκευασία.
• Κατάλληλο για βρέφη, παιδιά και ενήλικες.
• Ζητήστε τη συμβουλή ιατρού πριν το χρησιμοποιήσετε σε βρέφος μικρότερο των 2 εβδομάδων.
• Μη χρησιμοποιήσετε το προϊόν σε περίπτωση αλλεργίας σε κάποιο από τα συστατικά.
• Μη χρησιμοποιείτε σπασμένο ή κατεστραμμένο φιαλίδιο.
• Δεν απαιτούνται ειδικές προφυλάξεις κατά τη χρήση του προϊόντος, σύμφωνα με τις συστάσεις.
• Λόγω των καθαριστικών του ιδιοτήτων, οι αμπούλες Otrisalin πρέπει να χρησιμοποιούνται πρώτες, όταν χρησιμοποιείται και άλλο τοπικό προϊόν για τη μύτη (για παράδειγμα για την αντιμετώπιση κρυολογήματος ή αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας).
• Οι αμπούλες Otrisalin μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούνται κατά την κύηση και το θηλασμό.

Lamia

For the city of Lamia, shipment of goods is the same day when the products are all available at the pharmacy. In the absence of a product, the delivery time can be 1-2 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you and inform you of the exact time. Shipment of products is free on weekdays between 8:00 to 21:00. Before delivering the products, we arrange by telephone, an appointment for delivery, which serves both the handling of the pharmacy department and the client.

Rest of Greece

For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is by courier the next day. In some remote areas, the delivery time can be up to 2 days. If any product is not available at the pharmacy, waiting time can reach 3 to 4 days. In case of delay of more than 4 days, the pharmacy comes in contact with you. For orders of more than 39 euros, shipping is free.

Reminded that if the payment method is by "Cash", a surcharge 0,70€ is applied. (For orders over 39 euros, then delivery cost is free).

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipping to Cyprus is within 2 to 3 working days by FPC ELTA courier and shipping costs are 15€ for orders up to 2kg. If ordering more than 2 kg, the extra cost per kilogram is 2,7€. Also, the cost of payment if you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amounts to 3 euros.

Shipping Abroad

Orders are shipped abroad using DHL and the average delivery time is 2 business days (as business day is considered until 13.00 GMT+2 for shipping abroad)

For this reason, please check your information before completing the registration of your order.

The initial shipping cost is 14€ depending on the zone that your country belongs to (please check the country zones on the following table) and the weight.

The orders are sent abroad after completion of the payment, of the total cost or any extra charges, through Credit Card. All prices include VAT and fuel surcharge. Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the customs of the country of dispatch.

For parcels destined as a "inaccessible area" by DHL there may be additional charges (from those above) to shipping costs. In this case, contact us before sending the order, to inform you about the exact amount of shipping costs.

If a parcel is sent back to Pharmacy2go by DHL, or your parcel is damaged a further investigation is needed. After the appropriate investigation, into the cause of the return, by the shipping company (DHL), and if found that the parcel were returned / harmed by our fault or DHL's we can full refund the amount of the order either to your Credit Card t or we can send you a coupon for an upcoming order.

In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. For the exact cost of your order, the Pharmacy2go will contact you prior to shipping. If you want to get your order by courier, the delivery charge is changing and Pharmacy2go will contact you for the exact charge.

For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
