Neodermyl®: Methyl glucoside phosphate proline lysine copper complex

 

Neodermyl® is an anti-aging active product that induces in the dermis the synthesis of specific key proteins involved in the maintenance of the skin structure by fibroblasts (collagen type I, collagen type III, tropoelastin and elastin). In aged skin, the senescent fibroblasts present a low metabolism and a lack of energy (reduced mitochondrial activity due to e.g. DNA damage, or reduced transport of nutrients). Neodermyl® stimulates these proteins synthesis by providing to cells an energy molecule the Methyl-Glucoside-6-Phosphate (MG6P). Neodermyl® provides also specific essential amino acids (lysine and proline) and copper needed for collagen and elastin synthesis.

It can normalize the metabolic processes of lipid formation and decomposition. This way it can balance the lipid content of the epidermis. In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
