As time passes by, changes on morphological, functional and molecular level are in progress in the skin. Morphologically, a decrease in the thickness of the skin is observed, along with the reduction of the fibroblasts and thus the production of collagen and elastin, as well as reduced fat in the hypodermis. At a molecular level, the generation of free radicals is accelerated while the production of enzymes and lipids of the skin slows down. These changes affect the functionality of the skin as a barrier, the production of sebum and sweat is reduced, leading to dehydration, thinning and sagging of the skin and finally the formation of wrinkles.

Qligopeptide-34: The ideal oligopeptide for skin trouble care, with activity on three different levels: anti-ageing, anti-inflammation and skin brightening. It increases fibroblast cells' proliferation and up-regulates collagen and fibronectin expression. It also down-regulates melanin generating enzyme tyrosinase, as well as melanosomes' transfer to keratinocytes, providing an even skin tone.

Hyaluronic Acid: It is a polysaccharide of high molecular weight, naturally occurring in the human body, applied here as a connective tissue organizer and hydrating substance, on the basis of its status as the most hydrated polymer known. Its enormous water-binding capacity is an essential characteristic influencing its biological effects. Skin hydration is the cornerstone of the anti-aging concept for the simple reason that adequate water content is essential for the proper functioning of all of the human body's structures. Hyaluronic acid forms a hydrating surface film on the skin, which hydrates the surface of the skin and prevents water loss. This normalizes desquamation and improves the mechanical properties of the epidermis, manifested by even desquamation and, therefore, better skin texture.

SabiWhite™: A natural product coming from the roots of Curcuma longa. SabiWhite offers topical antioxidant protection, efficiently preventing the formation of free radicals, while quenching pre-formed ones as well. This dual action protects the skin cells from damage by UV radiation and the resultant inflammation. SabiWhite also inhibits tyrosinase, the rate limiting enzyme in the synthesis of melanin.

Vitamin E: It is essential mainly for its activity as antioxidant agent, particularly against free radicals at membrane level and therefore for the protection of the unsaturated fatty acids present in cellular membranes. Moreover, vitamin E indirectly contributes to increase the synthesis of glycoproteins, such as collagen and elastin, important for cutaneous elasticity and turgor.

Kojic Acid Dipalmitate and Alpha-Arbutin: A skin brightening combination, Alpha-Arbutin inhibits the enzymatic oxidation of tyrosine and Dopa while Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is even more efficacious than straight Kojic Acid, as it is a more stable molecule.

Jojoba Oil, Plant and Fruit Extracts: They help maintain skin's hydro-lipidic balance thanks to the emollient properties of the Jojoba Oil and the active principles of Bearberry, Chamomile and Dog Rose.

For the city of Lamia, shipment of goods is the same day when the products are all available at the pharmacy. In the absence of a product, the delivery time can be 1-2 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you and inform you of the exact time. Shipment of products is free on weekdays between 8:00 to 21:00. Before delivering the products, we arrange by telephone, an appointment for delivery, which serves both the handling of the pharmacy department and the client.

Rest of Greece

For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is by courier the next day. In some remote areas, the delivery time can be up to 2 days. If any product is not available at the pharmacy, waiting time can reach 3 to 4 days. In case of delay of more than 4 days, the pharmacy comes in contact with you. For orders of more than 39 euros, shipping is free.

Reminded that if the payment method is by "Cash", a surcharge 0,70€ is applied. (For orders over 39 euros, then delivery cost is free).

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipping to Cyprus is within 2 to 3 working days by FPC ELTA courier and shipping costs are 15€ for orders up to 2kg. If ordering more than 2 kg, the extra cost per kilogram is 2,7€. Also, the cost of payment if you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amounts to 3 euros.

Orders are shipped abroad using DHL and the average delivery time is 2 business days (as business day is considered until 13.00 GMT+2 for shipping abroad)

For parcels destined as a "inaccessible area" by DHL there may be additional charges (from those above) to shipping costs. In this case, contact us before sending the order, to inform you about the exact amount of shipping costs.

If a parcel is sent back to Pharmacy2go by DHL, or your parcel is damaged a further investigation is needed. After the appropriate investigation, into the cause of the return, by the shipping company (DHL), and if found that the parcel were returned / harmed by our fault or DHL's we can full refund the amount of the order either to your Credit Card t or we can send you a coupon for an upcoming order.

In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. If you want to get your order by courier, the delivery charge is changing and Pharmacy2go will contact you for the exact charge.

For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
