ΧΡΗΣΗ

• Για ολοκληρωμένη αγωγή κατά της φθείρας, κατά τη διάρκεια της 14ήμερης αγωγής αντιμετώπισης με το Lice Free Set είναι σημαντικό να γίνεται εφαρμογή και της προληπτικής Lice Rep Extreme Spray.

Πρωί:

• Χρήση της Lice Rep Extreme Spray καθημερινά στα μαλλιά και περιμετρικά στο πίσω μέρος του κεφαλιού για πρόληψη επαναμόλυνσης. Η λοσιόν παραμένει στα μαλλιά.

Βράδυ:

Χρήση του Lice free Set

• Στάδιο 1: Εφαρμόστε τη λοσιόν σε όλα τα μαλλιά, κυρίως στις ρίζες, και κάνετε ελαφρύ μασάζ. Την αφήνετε να δράσει για 30-40 λεπτά και χτενίζετε.
• Στάδιο 2: Λούζετε, αφήνετε το σαμπουάν να δράσει για 3-5 λεπτά και ξεπλένετε.

Τα ανωτέρω 2 στάδια του Lice Free Set επαναλαμβάνονται καθημερινά για 7 ημέρες και μετά την 10η και 14η ημέρα.
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της 14ήμερης αγωγής συνεχίζεται η χρήση της Lice Rep Extreme Spray για πρόληψη επαναμόλυνσης.

Πληροφορίες/Tips:

• Αλλάζουμε μαξιλαροθήκη καθημερινά όσο διαρκεί η αγωγή
• Πλένουμε τα ρούχα στους 55 οC
• Πλένουμε τα λούτρινα παιχνίδια και τα απομονώνουμε σε πλαστική σακούλα για 12-14 ημέρες
• Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε κρέμα μαλλιών ή conditioner πριν την αγωγή
• Δεν λούζουμε τα μαλλιά για 2 ημέρες μετά την θεραπεία
• Πλένουμε με καυτό νερό και σαπούνι τα χτενάκια που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν
• Μην εφαρμόζετε μαλακτικό για τα μαλλιά όσο διαρκεί η αγωγή απομάκρυνσης των φθειρών.
• Οι φθείρες διακρίνονται καλύτερα σε βρεγμένα μαλλιά ενώ τα αυγά τους διακρίνονται εύκολα στα στεγνά μαλλιά.

Lamia

For the city of Lamia, shipment of goods is the same day when the products are all available at the pharmacy. In the absence of a product, the delivery time can be 1-2 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you and inform you of the exact time. Shipment of products is free on weekdays between 8:00 to 21:00. Before delivering the products, we arrange by telephone, an appointment for delivery, which serves both the handling of the pharmacy department and the client.

Rest of Greece

For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is by courier the next day. In some remote areas, the delivery time can be up to 2 days. If any product is not available at the pharmacy, waiting time can reach 3 to 4 days. In case of delay of more than 4 days, the pharmacy comes in contact with you. For orders of more than 39 euros, shipping is free.

Reminded that if the payment method is by "Cash", a surcharge 0,70€ is applied. (For orders over 39 euros, then delivery cost is free).

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipping to Cyprus is within 2 to 3 working days by FPC ELTA courier and shipping costs are 15€ for orders up to 2kg. If ordering more than 2 kg, the extra cost per kilogram is 2,7€. Also, the cost of payment if you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amounts to 3 euros.

Orders are shipped abroad using DHL and the average delivery time is 2 business days (as business day is considered until 13.00 GMT+2 for shipping abroad)

If a parcel is sent back to Pharmacy2go by DHL, or your parcel is damaged a further investigation is needed. After the appropriate investigation, into the cause of the return, by the shipping company (DHL), and if found that the parcel were returned / harmed by our fault or DHL's we can full refund the amount of the order either to your Credit Card t or we can send you a coupon for an upcoming order.

In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. If you want to get your order by courier, the delivery charge is changing and Pharmacy2go will contact you for the exact charge.

For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
