• Το Stratamed είναι μία αυτοσταθεροποιούμενη γέλη από σιλικόνη, μη κολλώδης και διαφανής, για την πρόληψη και θεραπεία παραμορφωτικών ουλών που έχουν τη μορφή υπερτροφικών ουλών και χηλοειδών.
• Το Stratamed μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί σε κάθε νωπή χειρουργική τομή ή εκτομή, ανοιχτό τραύμα και δερματικές επιφάνειες που έχουν υποστεί λύση της συνέχειάς τους, χημική απολέπιση (peeling), εκδορές και επιφανειακά εγκαύματα από ακτινοθεραπεία. Το Stratamed είναι κατάλληλο για εκτεθειμένες περιοχές όπως το πρόσωπο και ο αυχένας αλλά και για περιοχές όπως οι αρθρώσεις και περιοχές καλυμμένες από τριχωτό χωρίς να απαιτείται αφαίρεση των τριχών. Το Stratamed μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί με ή χωρίς προστατευτική περίδεση.
• Όταν χρησιμοποιείται κατάλληλα, το Stratamed στεγνώνει γρήγορα δημιουργώντας ένα λεπτό φύλλο σιλικόνης, μία προστατευτική ημιδιαπερατή μεμβράνη. Ρυθμίζει την υγρασία του τραύματος και την ανταλλαγή αερίων και προστατεύει το προσβεβλημένο δέρμα ή τα ανοιχτά τραύματα από χημική και μικροβιακή διήθηση, επιτρέποντας την ομαλοποίηση της διαδικασίας παραγωγής κολλαγόνου στην ουλή και τελικά τη φυσιολογική επούλωση.
• Προκαλεί υποστροφή και ομαλοποίηση των ουλών, ανακουφίζει από τον κνησμό και τη δυσφορία, και μειώνει την ερυθρότητα και τον αποχρωματισμό της επιδερμίδας που προκαλούν οι ουλές και οι βλάβες του δέρματος.

Το Stratamed αναπτύχθηκε για χρήση σε κάθε είδος ουλής περιλαμβανόμενων και αυτών που προκαλούνται από:

• Οποιαδήποτε χειρουργική επέμβαση.
• Τραύματα.
• Εγκαύματα.
• Δήγματα.
• Εκδορές και ερεθισμούς του δέρματος.
• Θεραπείες με laser (περιλαμβανόμενης και της αφαίρεσης τατουάζ).
• Χημική απολέπιση (peeling).
• Δερματική απόξεση (dermabrasion).
• Ακμή και άλλες δερματικές παθήσεις.

Ενδεδειγμένη χρήση: Το Stratamed μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί σε ανοιχτά τραύματα και σε περιοχές όπου το δέρμα έχει υποστεί λύση της συνέχειας. Το Stratamed χρησιμοποιείται για την πρόληψη και τη θεραπεία υπερτροφικών ουλών και χηλοειδών.

• Το Stratamed μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε συνδυασμό με επεμβατικές μεθόδους μείωσης των ουλών, ώστε να βελτιώσει το αισθητικό αποτέλεσμα, όπως χειρουργική εκτομή και σύγκλιση, ενδοβλαβική έγχυση στεροειδών και χρήση πιεστικών επιδέσμων.
• Το Stratamed είναι κατάλληλο για παιδιά ή άτομα με ευαίσθητο δέρμα.

Οδηγίες χρήσης: Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το προσβεβλημένο δέρμα ή το τραύμα είναι καθαρό. Απομακρύνετε όσο γίνεται περισσότερο εξίδρωμα ή υγρό από το τραύμα πριν την εφαρμογή του Stratamed.

• Σε δέρμα που φέρει τραύμα ή έχει υποστεί λύση της συνέχειας και δεν απαιτείται περίδεση: Απλώστε με ήπιες κινήσεις μία πολύ λεπτή στρώση Stratamed στην προσβεβλημένη περιοχή και επαναλάβετε τις κινήσεις μέχρι να στεγνώσει. Το Stratamed θα πρέπει να εφαρμόζεται μία φορά την ημέρα, ή δύο φορές σε εκτεθειμένες περιοχές, ή όπως σας έχει συστήσει ο γιατρός σας. Αφού στεγνώσει, το Stratamed μπορεί να καλυφθεί από αντιηλιακή κρέμα, μακιγιάζ, πιεστικούς επιδέσμους ή εκμαγεία.
• Όταν απλωθεί σωστά σε εκτεθειμένες περιοχές, το Stratamed θα πρέπει να στεγνώσει σε λίγα λεπτά. Εάν παραμένει νωπό μετά από λίγα λεπτά πιθανά έχετε εφαρμόσει περισσότερο από όσο χρειάζεται. Απομακρύνετε την περίσσεια με γάζα ή καθαρό χαρτομάντηλο και απλώστε το υπόλοιπο με ήπιες κινήσεις έως ότου στεγνώσει.
• Σε δέρμα με βλάβες ή σε τραύματα τα οποία απαιτούν περίδεση: Απλώστε μία πολύ λεπτή στρώση Stratamed στην προσβεβλημένη περιοχή και καλύψτε με την περίδεση. Το Stratamed δεν χρειάζεται να έχει στεγνώσει πριν την περίδεση. Το Stratamed θα πρέπει να εφαρμοστεί ξανά σε κάθε αλλαγή της περίδεσης ή ανάλογα με την πορεία επούλωσης του τραύματος ή ανάλογα με τη σύσταση του γιατρού σας. Για καλύτερα αποτελέσματα το Stratamed θα πρέπει να παραμένει σε επαφή με το δέρμα για όλο το 24ωρο.

Σωληνάριο 5g: επαρκεί για θεραπεία ευθύγραμμης ουλής μήκους 2-4εκ. και εφαρμογή δύο φορές την ημέρα για πάνω από 90ημέρες.

Lamia

For the city of Lamia, shipment of goods is the same day when the products are all available at the pharmacy. In the absence of a product, the delivery time can be 1-2 days. In case of a longer delay, we will contact you and inform you of the exact time. Shipment of products is free on weekdays between 8:00 to 21:00. Before delivering the products, we arrange by telephone, an appointment for delivery, which serves both the handling of the pharmacy department and the client.

Rest of Greece

For the rest of Greece, delivery to your place is by courier the next day. In some remote areas, the delivery time can be up to 2 days. If any product is not available at the pharmacy, waiting time can reach 3 to 4 days. In case of delay of more than 4 days, the pharmacy comes in contact with you. For orders of more than 39 euros, shipping is free.

Reminded that if the payment method is by "Cash", a surcharge 0,70€ is applied. (For orders over 39 euros, then delivery cost is free).

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipping to Cyprus is within 2 to 3 working days by FPC ELTA courier and shipping costs are 15€ for orders up to 2kg. If ordering more than 2 kg, the extra cost per kilogram is 2,7€. Also, the cost of payment if you wish to pay by cash on delivery, amounts to 3 euros.

Orders are shipped abroad using DHL and the average delivery time is 2 business days (as business day is considered until 13.00 GMT+2 for shipping abroad)

The orders are sent abroad after completion of the payment, of the total cost or any extra charges, through Credit Card. All prices include VAT and fuel surcharge. Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the customs of the country of dispatch.

For parcels destined as a "inaccessible area" by DHL there may be additional charges (from those above) to shipping costs. In this case, contact us before sending the order, to inform you about the exact amount of shipping costs.

If a parcel is sent back to Pharmacy2go by DHL, or your parcel is damaged a further investigation is needed. After the appropriate investigation, into the cause of the return, by the shipping company (DHL), and if found that the parcel were returned / harmed by our fault or DHL's we can full refund the amount of the order either to your Credit Card t or we can send you a coupon for an upcoming order.

In some remote areas, the dispatch by courier is still weak. Where these are delivered by mail and do not force the delivery. For the exact cost of your order, the Pharmacy2go will contact you prior to shipping. If you want to get your order by courier, the delivery charge is changing and Pharmacy2go will contact you for the exact charge.

For orders over 3kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the pharmacy, because shipping costs vary.

For heavy items you want to send are delivered by transport agency (receipt from the headquarters of the agency). This does not apply to delivery. Should be preceded by deposit money into one of our bank accounts.

Delivery

1. Unless the parties agreed otherwise on the time of delivery, the trader delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay, but not later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

2. Where the trader has failed to fulfill his obligation to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the time limit set out in paragraph 1, the consumer shall call upon him to make the delivery within and additional period of time appropriate to the circumstances. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within the additional period of time, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract.

The first subparagraph shall not be applicable to sales contracts where the trader has refused to deliver the goods or if the delivery within the agreed delivery period is essential, taking into account all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract, or where the consumer informs the trader prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by or on a certain date is essential. In these cases, if the supplier fails to deliver the goods at the time agreed upon with the consumer or within the period specified above, the consumer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.

3. Upon termination of the contract, the trader shall, without undue delay, reimburse all sums paid under the contract.

4. Termination of paragraph 2 shall be without prejudice to any legal rights of the consumer in the general provisions.


Fees for the use of payment instruments

It is forbidden to the trader to charge consumers for using a particular payment instrument, fees that exceed the cost of using this instrument by himself.


Passing of risk

In contracts where the trader dispatches the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer when he or a third party indicated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired the physical possession of the goods. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by the trader, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer against the carrier.
